Lion’s Ear Plant

This dress is cut on the bias and hand dyed with madder root, a herbaceous perennial plant species belonging to the coffee family. Some of our slip dress color names are inspired by flowering plants that match the finished eco-dyed silk almost exactly. The color we created is almost identical to the Lion’s Ear flower.

The back of this dress is straight and also a little higher than on the low scoop slip dress. You can wear the straps straight or crossed, pulled through the little loops in the back.
